JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing projects of various scales and complexities. With our commitment to delivering exceptional results and driving innovation in the civil engineering industry, JASARA PMC offers an exciting and challenging work environment for motivated professionals.Responsibilities Lead and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards Experience in the project delivery of mixed-use areas which have guest experience zones, spectator zones and F & B etc. Experience in the OSE zones for which the design is ongoing and early works are required to interface with track works. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may arise Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing accurate financial reports Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders
