The role will focus on the supervision and coordination of architectural works for residential buildings and villas, ensuring that works are carried out in line with approved drawings, project requirements, and applicable UAE codes.The successful candidate will be comfortable working on-site, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and handling technical reviews and day-to-day architectural supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise architectural works on residential buildings and villas.Carry out regular site inspections and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements.Review and coordinate architectural works related to:Interior and exterior finishesJoineryWall finishesStone finishesWaterproofing interfacesSpecialist architectural elementsFaçade worksConduct technical reviews and identify any issues requiring clarification or resolution.Coordinate architectural works with other disciplines and project stakeholders.Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).Attend project progress meetings and technical coordination meetings.Monitor the quality and progress of architectural works on site.Coordinate with contractors and relevant parties to resolve technical and site-related issues.Support the Resident Engineer with architectural supervision, inspections, and technical coordination.Ensure architectural works comply with applicable UAE codes and project standards.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and consultancy supervision.Strong experience in the supervision of residential buildings and villas.Good knowledge of applicable UAE codes and regulations.Strong experience in architectural site supervision, inspections, coordination, and technical reviews.Good understanding of architectural finishes, façade works, joinery, stone finishes, waterproofing interfaces, and specialist architectural elements.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment and coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.Software RequirementsExperience using Revit, BIM, ACC, or equivalent applications is a must.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with strong hands-on site supervision experience who can confidently manage architectural inspections, technical coordination, and contractor communication while maintaining the required quality and project standards.If you have the required experience and are interested in joining our Abu Dhabi team, we'd be happy to hear from you.
