Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry with 8-10 years of manufacturing quality experience, including leadership. Must have strong practical experience in QA/QC and ISO 9001 implementation. Experience with ISO 14001/45001, RCA, CAPA, SPC, internal auditing, and customer audits is preferred. Familiarity with plastics, PVC, extrusion, rubber, or home appliance components manufacturing is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office is required; Odoo ERP experience is preferred.
Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead and manage the complete Quality function at a manufacturing facility in 10th of Ramadan City. The Quality Manager will have overall responsibility for Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and the company's ISO Management Systems, ensuring that products, manufacturing processes, and company procedures consistently meet customer requirements, internal standards, and applicable ISO requirements.Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall QA & QC functions across the company.Manage and develop the Quality team, including QC Engineers, Supervisors, Inspectors, and QA personnel.Lead the implementation, certification, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems.Ensure readiness for external certification, surveillance and customer audits, and lead internal audit programs.Ensure effective incoming, in-process and final product inspection and testing.Establish and maintain quality control plans, inspection standards, testing methods, SOPs and quality procedures.Monitor product quality, rejection, scrap, rework, FPY and other key Quality KPIs.Lead Root Cause Analysis, NCRs, CAPA and problem-solving activities for internal and customer quality issues.Lead investigation and closure of customer complaints, ensuring effective corrective actions and prevention of recurrence.Ensure products comply with customer specifications, drawings and applicable standards.Work closely with Production, Planning, Maintenance, R&D, Purchasing and other departments to improve process capability and product quality.Drive a strong quality culture on the shop floor, with regular production-floor follow-up rather than managing quality only through documentation.Coordinate with customers, suppliers, auditors and certification bodies on quality-related matters.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemist or a relevant technical discipline.8–10 years of Quality experience in manufacturing, with proven experience in a managerial or leadership capacity.Strong practical experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control, not only ISO documentation.Strong knowledge and hands-on implementation experience with ISO 9001.Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is highly preferred.ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, SPC, internal auditing, process control and continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma.Experience dealing with customer complaints and external/customer audits.Experience in plastics, PVC, extrusion, rubber, home appliances components or similar manufacturing industries is an advantage.Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.Good command of English and Microsoft Office; ERP Odoo experience is preferred.Location: 10th of Ramadan CityIndustry: PVC, Rubber & Gasket Manufacturing
