Description
Develop, implement, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Approval Requests (MARs) for MEP works.Coordinate and conduct Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) in collaboration with consultants and site teams.Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and ensure compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, IEC, NFPA) and local authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, etc.).Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection logs, test reports, and checklists.Manage and close out Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Reports (CARs) in a timely manner.Prepare and review handover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test certificates, and compliance reports.Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and internal project teams on all quality-related issues.Conduct internal site audits and ensure adherence to company QA/QC procedures and project-specific quality plans.Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per approved shop drawings, technical submittals, and quality standards.Support in pre-commissioning and final commissioning activities by validating installation and test procedures.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to site supervisors and engineers in line with project quality expectations.
