Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline. NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent professional HSE qualification. Process Safety certification is highly desirable. Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001) preferred.
Experience: 15-18 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a minimum of 5 years in Technical HSE, Process Safety, or Loss Prevention roles. Strong experience in offshore EPC and brownfield modification projects is essential, including extensive involvement in HAZOP, QRA, SIL, EERA, and Fire & Gas studies. Experience supporting offshore water injection, production, and utility systems. ADNOC Offshore and Middle East project experience highly preferred.

Title:Specialist Technical HSE- Offshore Water Injection ProjectJob Title: Specialist Technical HSE- Offshore Water Injection ProjectKBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is currently looking to fill a position of : Specialist Technical HSE for an Offshore Project to be based in UAE ( Abu Dhabi) as soon as the administrative processes are completed, will then relocate to Spain Office and then return to Abu Dhabi. Job PurposeThe Specialist Technical HSE is responsible for providing technical Health, Safety, Environment, and Process Safety expertise throughout the lifecycle of the Offshore Water Injection Project.
