JOB OBJECTIVE:Manages end-to-end category sourcing needs for internal departments. Assists in managing suppliers, pre-award sourcing needs and post-award contract administration needs. Develops category and strategic sourcing plans.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:▪Identifies and manages suppliers for categories ensuring all supply related risks are mitigated.▪Manages sourcing of categories for the organisation and its affiliate organizations.▪Ensures compliance needs and expectations of decision-making personnel and committees are met.▪Undertakes negotiations with suppliers and ensures value creation and cost saving targets are met.▪Supports establishment of Agreements (One-time, Long-term, Framework and any other type).▪Supports increase in Contract Coverage and reduction in Requisition to Order turnaround time.▪Supports in administration of all agreements for multiple categories ensuring all parties meet full compliance and highest level of performance of the agreements.▪Supports re-negotiations of all agreements.▪Supports in managing internal and external stakeholders expectations.▪Supports in development of annual category plans and ensures plans are executed on time.▪Supports in development of category intelligence via detailed reporting and analysisJOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Qualifications:▪Bachelor's Degree in Business/Engineering▪CIPS or equivalent certification preferable.Minimum Experience:▪2 year of experience in Supply Management
