Date posted: Aug 27, 2026City: CairoCountry/Region: EGType of Contract: Full-time Employment / UnlimitedJob Requisition ID: 12603Key Account Manager, Oncology - EgyptJob PurposeThe Oncology Key Account Manager is responsible for strategic account management and value-based engagement with key oncology stakeholders across assigned institutions.The role drives sustainable business growth by shaping account strategies, enabling optimal patient access, supporting adoption, and delivering compliant, high-quality customer engagement aligned with Servier's oncology mission.The Oncology KAM operates as a strategic field leader, acting as the primary interface between Servier and key oncology accounts (governmental, private, and academic), and works in close partnership with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated account plans.Principle AccountabilitiesStrong, long-term partnerships with priority oncology institutions:Develop and execute customized Key Account Plans (KAPs) based on account segmentation, patient journey analysis, and stakeholder mapping.Build trusted relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, administrators, and decision-makers.Identify access barriers and co-create solutions in collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.Act as the single point of accountability for assigned accounts.Achievement of sales, access, commercial and performance objectives:Deliver agreed sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs in line with brand strategy.Execute promotional activities within approved budgets and compliance frameworks.Monitor performance vs. plan and proactively adjust tactics.Ensure accurate and timely reporting through CRM systems (e.g., Lynx).High-quality, compliant, and differentiated customer interactions:Deliver high-impact scientific discussions and educational presentations.Support disease-area education, diagnostic awareness, and patient pathway optimization.Gather actionable insights on clinical practice, competition, and unmet needs.Maintain deep knowledge of products, data, guidelines, and competitive landscapeIntegrated execution and strong field-to-strategy feedback loopWork closely with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing to support launches and lifecycle strategies.Provide structured field insights to inform brand planning and strategy refinement.Support onboarding, training, and capability-building initiatives when required.Role RequirementsSkills & knowledge:Educational qualifications: Pharmacist, Medical, or a qualified health care professional.Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of oncology field experience in EgyptProven exposure to key account management and complex healthcare environments.Experience in precision medicine is preferredSkills & personal characteristics:Strong strategic thinking and execution disciplineExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsHigh scientific credibility and ability to simplify complex dataSelf-driven, accountable, and able to work autonomouslyStrong time management and prioritization capabilitiesFlexible to travel across EgyptWhatever your area of expertise, your work within the Servier Group helps advance therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients.
