Description
Perform troubleshooting and analytical steps to identify the defective items to be replaced to ensure proper function of the product and to resolve anyfailure.Accurate and precise disassembly/ assembly of parts, sub-assemblies and properly fix the issue in accordance with work-Instructions in order to have highquality items.Ensure that all tasks performed using hand tools and power tools, and following blueprints, diagrams, and service manuals in compliance with theorganizational work instructions and standard.Perform maintenance tasks as per job orders and targets set by maintenance Team Leader.Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts and put aside parts, sub-assemblies and products which do not conform to requirements.Adhere to Caracal policies, procedures and work processes.Maintain tracking records of tasks in accordance with the maintenance process and keep records updated.Must exhibit outstanding ability to learn and comprehend the fundamentals of the functioning of mechanical system/equipment/product.Conduct the necessary inspection on the product and spareparts to ensure free from wear/tear or damage during use, and to ensure product fit for use.Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate production functions.Physically fit and have the ability to move and pick up boxes filled with parts and products.Ability to perform hard physical work in the assembly product maintenance.Follow maintenance Team Leader instructions for any given task and fulfil the rules of the company.Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.Execute all assigned tasks in full compliance to health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, established processes, rules, and SOP's .Work within the limits of authority as defined by the maintenance Team Leader.
