Job SummaryWe are looking for a Law graduate with 3–5 years of experience in supplier, commercial, or contract management, ideally gained within the telecommunications sector. The role will be responsible for supporting supplier and contract governance throughout the lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and commercial effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full supplier and contract management lifecycle, from sourcing and contract award through performance monitoring, renewal, and closure.Review and manage supplier contracts, commercial terms, T&Cs, SLAs, and contractual obligations in collaboration with Legal and Procurement teams.Evaluate suppliers based on commercial value, strategic importance, performance, financial position, and risk exposure.Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, identifying contractual breaches and supporting the application of penalties, credits, or corrective actions.Support supplier risk and governance frameworks, including supplier classification, watchlists, requalification, remediation, and exit activities.Work closely with Legal, Strategic Procurement, Category Management, Finance, and suppliers to resolve contractual and commercial matters.Participate in RFx, sourcing, supplier evaluation, and procurement activities, ensuring appropriate contractual requirements are incorporated.Perform spend, supplier, and performance analysis and provide insights through regular management reporting.Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier, contract, and Vendor Master Data (VMD).Support the implementation and standardization of supplier performance and contract management processes across different OpCos.Contribute to Procurement Excellence, process improvement, governance, and best-practice initiatives.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Law 3–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in supplier management, contract management, commercial management, or procurement.Telecom industry experience is highly preferred, particularly experience with a telecom operator, technology provider, or large multinational organization.Strong knowledge of Contract Law, commercial agreements, T&Cs, SLAs, contractual obligations, and risk management.Good understanding of procurement lifecycle management, strategic sourcing, RFx processes, and supplier evaluation.Experience with spend analysis, business/data analytics, and supplier performance reporting.Exposure to Oracle ERP, eSourcing platforms, and Sievo or similar spend analytics solutions is an advantage.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Category Management, suppliers, and regional/OpCo teams.Experience in procurement transformation, process improvement, governance, or Procurement Excellence is desirable.
