Job Role : Database Specialist Experience: 6+ YearsContract : One year Extendable , Outsource (Not a Direct Hire)Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced Database Specialist to manage enterprise databases, data management activities, reporting solutions, and automation initiatives. The role will ensure database reliability, data accuracy, performance, security, and effective delivery of business information.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain enterprise databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or equivalent.Perform database design, administration, performance tuning, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.Support data management, data quality, integration, migration, and governance activities.Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.Automate database and reporting processes using SQL, Python, PowerShell or similar scripting tools.Support integration between databases and enterprise information systems.Ensure database security, access controls, availability, and compliance.Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.Consulting Experience is preferredKey Skills:Advanced SQL | Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL | Database Administration | Data Management | Reporting/BI | Power BI/SSRS | ETL/Data Integration | Python/PowerShell | Automation | Performance Tuning
