Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred. Must have 7+ years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Tech Architecture, Digital Transformation, or Technology Management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, portfolios, or PMOs. Proven experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, benefits realization, organizational transformation, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with executive leadership is essential. Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, innovation management, and technology strategy is also required. Certifications in Project, Program & Portfolio Management and TOGAF are preferred.
