The person in this role will provide performance coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members, helping them develop technical knowledge, professional skills, and effective work habits aligned with the firm's investment and operational philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, assessing individual and team capabilities, setting development plans, and tracking progress against agreed objectives. The Coach will collaborate with leadership to design and deliver training content, facilitate workshops, and reinforce best practices in communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
