Job Description
Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced consultant dermatologist to provide comprehensive diagnosis and management of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological conditions. The ideal candidate should have advanced clinical expertise, strong patient-management skills, and experience in modern dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dermatological consultations, examinations, and assessments.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatological conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and diagnostic results.
Manage conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, pigmentation disorders, hair and scalp disorders, infections, and skin cancers.
Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, electrocautery, minor surgical procedures, and other treatments within the scope of expertise.
Provide appropriate laser, aesthetic, and cosmetic dermatology treatments where applicable.
Evaluate and manage hair loss and other disorders of the hair and nails.
Monitor treatment outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care.
Review and interpret laboratory, histopathology, dermoscopy, and other diagnostic findings.
Counsel patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and preventive skincare.
Collaborate with plastic surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists when required.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and patient-safety standards.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and continuing medical education.
