Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or a related field, with a valid SCFHS registration/classification as a Laboratory Specialist. Must have 7+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory, including 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven experience preparing labs for CBAHI accreditation and hands-on experience across multiple lab disciplines are essential. Experience in laboratory budgeting, staff scheduling, and performance evaluation is also required.
