Curate recipes specialising in fine beverages and unique cocktails in accordance with theme of the outlet/function or as required by guestsMust be able to assess and manage guests needs and recommend excellent wine and food pairing as per theme of the outlet or as required by guests. Where possible, upsell Beverages to guests based on their need, choice, and selectionWork closely with Bartenders serving all guests and support them as necessary to ensure excellent service deliverySetup the bar appropriately, ensuring the visuals and merchandise are placed appropriately.
