The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing complex kidney disorders in children, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary care and clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage pediatric renal conditions, includingCongenital anomalies of the kidney and urinary tract (CAKUT)Nephrotic and nephritic syndromesAcute and chronic kidney diseaseHypertension, electrolyte imbalances, and tubular disordersOversee dialysis programs (peritoneal and hemodialysis) for pediatric patientsCollaborate with pediatric urologists, endocrinologists, and intensivists for integrated careGuide renal transplant evaluations and post-transplant managementInterpret renal imaging, biopsy results, and advanced lab diagnosticsEducate families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and long-term care plansParticipate in clinical audits, research, and CME activitiesQualifications & ExperienceCertification: Board-certified in Pediatric Nephrology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)Licensure: SCFHS license or eligibility requiredExperience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary or academic hospital settingProven expertise in managing complex renal cases and dialysis in childrenStrong communication and a family-centered care approachCommitment to continuous learning and clinical innovationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary (SAR 70,000–80,000/month depending on experience)Annual performance bonusHousing allowance or furnished accommodationFamily medical insuranceCME allowance and paid study leaveRelocation support and visa sponsorship
