Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (minimum 3 years) or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of lifting-related experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years in a similar Appointed Person role. Strong experience in offshore and onshore lifting operations. Ability to prepare, review, supervise, and execute critical lift plans. Experience leading Crane Operators, Riggers, and Banksmen to ensure safe lifting operations. Strong focus on HSE and safe lifting practices. Knowledge of international lifting standards and lifting engineering practices. Experience in change management and lifting operation planning. Able to coordinate and control lifting activities across multiple sites/locations. Good leadership, communication, and team management skills. Must be 30 years of age or above.
