Requirements
Strong understanding of the Bitcoin UTXO model and scripting is required. Experience with Mintlayer MLS standards or a genuine motivation to master them is also necessary. Proficiency in Rust is essential as this is core protocol work, and prior experience with UTXO-based smart contract systems rather than account-model only is preferred.
