Reporting to the Assistant Director of Talent & Culture, you will collaborate closely with department leaders, associates, and external stakeholders to advance Emiratization initiatives, foster talent development, and maintain full regulatory compliance across the organization.YOUR ROLEAs Emiratization & Government Relations Manager, you will lead the hotel's Emiratization strategy and Government Relations function, ensuring alignment with UAE national workforce objectives and legislative requirements. You will drive the attraction, development, engagement, and retention of Emirati talent while serving as the primary liaison with government authorities.
