Description
Help in maintaining customer relationships, offering the optimum customer experience. Printing Invoices, Debit Notes & Credit Notes Sending the invoices to the customers by e-mails Creating and sending the offers to the customers To efficiently gather port line-up information from ship agents and utilize this information to initiate contact with customers, thereby ensuring timely and secure business transactions Finalizing all deals with the customers and creating their accounts Following up with the agents, collecting the ships’ documents and sending them to the operations team Following up with the operations team through a daily report for the discharge and the loading of the ships and the warehousing process Following up with the legal department to ensure all needed papers are ready Completing required periodical reports needed for B/ls Delivery to customers. Following up on collections Giving hand to our documentation team in printing and stamping Customer service task completion.
