Job Summary:One of our clients are looking for QHSE Manager who is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's quality, occupational health and safety, environmental, hygiene, food safety, and risk-management systems. The role ensures operational compliance, protects employees and customers, minimizes business risks, and promotes a strong culture of safety, quality, hygiene, and continuous improvement across all sites.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated QHSE, food safety, hygiene, and risk-management policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi regulations, municipality requirements, SFDA standards, Civil Defense requirements, and relevant international standards. Maintain and improve management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and other applicable food safety standards. Conduct food safety, hygiene, quality, health and safety, and environmental inspections and audits across facilities and operations. Identify operational hazards, food safety risks, environmental impacts, and business risks and establish effective mitigation and control measures. Develop and monitor HACCP plans, critical control points, sanitation programs, allergen controls, temperature controls, and food-handling procedures. Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, food safety complaints, contamination cases, and quality nonconformities. Lead root-cause analyses and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and verified. Maintain emergency response, crisis management, product recall, business continuity, and incident escalation procedures. Establish and monitor QHSE and food safety KPIs, risk registers, audit findings, and corrective-action plans. Prepare regular reports and recommendations for senior management. Deliver training and awareness programs on occupational safety, food hygiene, HACCP, emergency procedures, and risk management. Evaluate suppliers, contractors, and service providers against approved QHSE and food safety requirements. Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, auditors, clients, and other external stakeholders. Promote a proactive culture of quality, safety, hygiene, environmental responsibility, and risk awareness. Manage and develop the QHSE team and ensure consistent implementation of standards across all locations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in HACCP and ISO 22000 are required. Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are advantageous. Certification as an internal or lead auditor is preferred. Risk-management or business-continuity certification is an advantage.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in QHSE, food safety, hygiene, and risk management. Previous experience within food production, catering, hospitality, restaurants, central kitchens, facilities management, or a related industry is preferred. Demonstrated experience managing regulatory inspections, certification audits, incident investigations, and corrective-action programs.
