Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar front office manager role, with a degree or diploma in hotel management or an equivalent qualification. Proven experience in leading, motivating, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistently high service standards. Strong commercial awareness, sales capabilities, and experience in managing departmental budgets and profit & loss (P&L). High level of IT proficiency, with knowledge of property management systems (PMS) considered an advantage. Previous experience within Hilton is preferred.
