Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.Familiarity with project management methodologies and quality assurance processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in relevant engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.Mechanical Professional Engineering License is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
