Inventory Management and TrackingMaintain accurate, real-time logs of all warehouse inventory using the company's inventory management software or tracking sheets.Implement an organized storage system, categorizing materials logically (e.g., separating indoor vs. outdoor LED modules, structural bases, and wiring).Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts to ensure system accuracy.Monitor stock levels for essential installation consumables and flag items for reorder to prevent project delays.Ensuring proper storage of goods following the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.3.
