This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for packaging lines, including equipment and related services, within the industrial sector. Daily tasks include visiting clients, understanding their packaging needs, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and delivering product presentations and demonstrations. The role involves coordinating with engineering and operations teams to tailor packaging solutions, ensuring quality standards, and supporting installations and after-sales service. The Senior Sales Engineer will also conduct market research, maintain a pipeline of prospects, negotiate contracts, and provide regular sales reporting to management.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in packaging operations, including Packing and Packaging Engineering.Ability to develop and evaluate Packaging Design solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.Strong background in Quality Control practices for packaging lines and industrial equipment.Proficiency in conducting technical and market Research to identify customer needs and industry trends.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in packaging lines, machinery, or related equipment.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work on-site, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for proposals, reporting, and documentation.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial.
