The successful candidate will provide expert diagnosis, surgical treatment, and postoperative care for patients with disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Key responsibilities Diagnose and manage diseases affecting the colon, rectum, and anus. Perform elective and emergency colorectal surgical procedures using open, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive techniques, where appropriate. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care. Collaborate with gastroenterologists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and quality standards. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and continuing medical education. Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, where applicable.
