BUSINESS ARCHITECT / ASSOCIATE — DubaiSettle is looking for regional director, an experienced architect who thinks like a business leader.Working directly with the Founder, you'll take a leading role in running our Dubai studio — connecting design quality, project delivery, clients, people and commercial performance.This is not a traditional management position this is a Journey of your lifetime.You'll lead studio operations across Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape, guide senior teams, manage key client relationships, drive programmes and resources, and keep a close eye on scope, fees, variations and profitability.Most importantly, you'll make decisions, solve problems early and protect the quality of everything we deliver.A professional architectural background is required. You may currently be a Senior Associate, Associate Director, Design Director, Studio Director, Partner or just a Senior Architect within a strong architectural practice.We're looking for someone who understands four things exceptionally well: design, delivery, people and business.Settle is entrepreneurial, ambitious and fast-moving.
