Assistant store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, monitor stock, handle customer inquiries, train new employees, maintain store presentation, monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and foster a positive work environment.
