Job Overview
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property portfolio, ensuring that our buildings are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and rental income is maximized. Responsibilities
Supervise all operations related to the management of our properties, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations.
Develop and implement property management plans to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
Maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions and rental trends to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
Ensure that all properties meet compliance standards and adhere to local regulations and laws.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee maintenance and repair projects.
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare monthly financial reports, and develop annual property budgets.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive continuous improvement in property management practices.
