Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering.8–12 years of relevant experience in Architectural Design and Technical Office.Previous experience in Real Estate Development is a must.Strong knowledge of design development, construction documentation, and project coordination.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Experience in authority approvals and multidisciplinary coordination is preferred.
Description
Lead architectural projects from concept design through IFC and handover stages.Develop, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve design clashes and ensure project integration.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and project standards.Support authority approvals and permit processes.Monitor design deliverables and support site teams in resolving technical issues.Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
