This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless material flow, accurate stock control, and timely product dispatch while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong manufacturing background who can optimize warehouse performance, lead high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll DoLead the daily operations of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods warehouses.Ensure timely receiving, storage, picking, issuance, and dispatch of materials.Maintain high inventory accuracy through effective inventory control and cycle counting.Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material handling processes.Ensure uninterrupted material supply to production and on-time customer order fulfillment.Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement initiatives to improve productivity, space utilization, and operational efficiency.Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and warehouse personnel.Ensure compliance with HSE policies, warehouse safety standards, and good housekeeping practices (5S).Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Planning, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams to support business objectives.Ensure accurate ERP transactions and inventory records.Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and improve warehouse performance.
