Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and construction projects within Oil & Gas, EPC, Power, Marine, Industrial Plants, or Infrastructure sectors. Must have at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams and strong expertise in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Methodologies, Engineering Design Review, Project Delivery, Quality Management, and HSE Compliance. Proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, BIM Software, and other Civil Engineering & Project Management Tools is essential, along with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
