Requirements
10+ years procurement experience, preferably in architectural finishes, fit-out or building materials.Experience managing tenders for construction products and finishes.Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.

Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments. We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - Architecture & Finishes to join JASARA PMC. Lead procurement of architectural, finishes and building product categories, ensuring standardization, commercial leverage and supplier capacity across residential product tiers.Key Responsibilities:Develop category strategies for architectural finishes and building products.Lead market engagement, PQQ, RFP, tender evaluation, BAFO and award activities.Coordinate with design specification consultants to align specifications with market capability. Manage technical and commercial evaluation interfaces for architectural categories.Balance cost, quality, standardization, lead time and warranty obligations.Prepare award recommendations and support approvals.
