Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Aerospace Engineering, with 5+ years of engineering/project experience, preferably in defense, security, or unmanned systems. Experience in system integration, testing, and deployment of complex systems is necessary. Knowledge of C2 systems, sensors, RF, EO/IR, embedded systems, or cybersecurity, and understanding of MIL-STD, STANAG, ISO, or relevant defense standards are advantageous. Strong project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a willingness to support field trials and travel.
Description
In this role, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing complex technical projects involving Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles (UxV) including aerial, ground, and surface platforms—counter-drone solutions, and command and control software. You will work closely with the Project Manager, internal multidisciplinary teams, and external end-users to deliver reliable, mission-ready defense solutions from concept development to field deployment.
