Description
In this role, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing complex technical projects involving Unmanned Autonomous Vehicles (UxV) including aerial, ground, and surface platforms—counter-drone solutions, and command and control software. You will work closely with the Project Manager, internal multidisciplinary teams, and external end-users to deliver reliable, mission-ready defense solutions from concept development to field deployment. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project planning, scheduling, milestones, and technical delivery.Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.Contribute to system design, architecture, integration, testing, and validation.Support field trials, demonstrations, deployment, and operational activities.Coordinate with clients, defense authorities, suppliers, and technology partners.Ensure technical documentation, quality, safety, and defense standards are maintained.Support risk management, issue resolution, and continuous system improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Aerospace Engineering.5+ years of engineering/project experience, preferably in defense, security, or unmanned systems.Experience in system integration, testing, and deployment of complex systems.Knowledge of C2 systems, sensors, RF, EO/IR, embedded systems, or cybersecurity is advantageous.Understanding of MIL-STD, STANAG, ISO, or relevant defense standards is a plus.Strong project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to support field trials, travel, and operational activities.
