Adjusting the Safety documentation system of the factory (Factory licenses updates, Environmental Records, Occupational Safety and Health Office Reports, …) Handling External Inspection Points (Civil Defense, Occupational Safety and Health Office, QA Dep., …) Supervision of the efficiency Performance of the Alarm System, Fire System, Fire extinguishers and pets’ control Follow up All the safety Corrective Actions in the Factory & Assisting the Preventive Action Plans Train all the company on evacuation plans in minimum time & losses Constructing emergency teams in factory by choosing best members & supervision on the training system of the emergency teams Building, Appling & adjusting all the procedures to be fulfilled with ISO 14001 rules and passing the internal & external audits Update the emergency plan of the factory to be suitable for any risks Organizing internal training courses for workers on safety and fire fighting Do a risk analysis and coordinate between the various administrations to reduce these risks.
