Familiarity with stock management systems or inventory software, strong attention to detail, and accurate record-keeping are essential. Candidates must be physically able to handle stock and have basic computer skills, including Excel and inventory tools. Good communication skills in English are necessary, with Arabic being a plus. A UAE driving license is advantageous.

Stock ManagementReceive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and condition match purchase orders and delivery notesMaintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts, flagging discrepancies or damaged items promptlyOrganise and maintain the store in a clean, orderly, and clearly labelled manner for easy retrievalMonitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when inventory falls below minimum thresholdsMaintain an asset register for all items in the store including equipment and spare partsOutbound Shipment & LogisticsPrepare and pack outbound shipments for local deliveries, Amazon, Noon, and international ordersEnsure all items are packed securely and labelled correctly as per shipping requirementsCoordinate with logistics and courier companies to arrange pickups, provide required documents, and follow up on delivery statusMaintain a shipment log tracking all outbound orders, delivery confirmations, and returnsInbound & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers and vendors on inbound deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and accurate documentationHandle import-related paperwork and liaise with clearing agents where requiredVerify supplier delivery notes against purchase orders and report any shortages or discrepanciesGeneral OperationsSupport the operations team with packing, loading, and handling of goods including heavy or sensitive equipmentEnsure all handling procedures are followed correctly, particularly for fragile or high-value itemsMaintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standardsRequirementsPrior experience in a storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics roleFamiliarity with stock management systems or inventory softwareStrong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skillsPhysically able to handle, lift, and move stock and equipment as requiredOrganised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBasic computer skills — comfortable with Excel and inventory toolsGood communication skills in English; Arabic is a plusUAE driving licence is an advantage
