About the role
We are seeking an experienced, highly professional estate manager / house manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an ultra-luxury private residence in Palm Jumeirah.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the estate operates to five-star hospitality standards at all times. The successful candidate will manage household staff, coordinate contractors and service providers, maintain the property and its assets, supervise budgets, and ensure every aspect of the residence is delivered with excellence, discretion, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
Household operations
Oversee the complete day-to-day management of the residence.
Develop and implement household operating procedures and service standards.
Ensure the residence is maintained in immaculate condition at all times.
Coordinate daily schedules and household activities.
Manage guest arrivals, events, and private functions.
Staff management
Lead and supervise all household employees, including:
Executive housekeepers
Housekeepers
Private chefs
Kitchen assistants
Butlers
Chauffeurs
Gardeners
Maintenance personnel
Security personnel
Laundry staff
Pool maintenance teams
External service providers
Responsibilities include:
Recruitment support
Training and onboarding
Scheduling and rostering
Performance management

Manage all estate assets including:

Coordinate preventive maintenance programmes and supervise all contractors to ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
Vendor & contractor management
Source and appoint service providers.

Manage annual maintenance contracts.
Verify invoices before payment.
Ensure contractors comply with safety and security procedures.
Procurement & inventory
Manage household purchasing.

Desired experience
Minimum 7–10 years' experience managing luxury private residences, villas, estates, boutique hotels or UHNW family offices.
Previous experience supervising multidisciplinary household teams.
Strong facilities and property management knowledge.
Experience managing high-value residential assets.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital maintenance systems.
UAE driving licence preferred.
Preferred qualifications
Degree or diploma in hospitality management, facilities management, hotel management or business administration.
Professional certifications in facilities management or hospitality are advantageous.
Experience with luxury smart homes and integrated building management systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and contractor management.
