JOB TITLEAssociate Manager - Finance | MAF Retail | Head Office UAERole SummaryThe Associate Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring financial governance across store & warehouse operations and monitor key operational & financial processes.ROLE PROFILEMonitor waste, shrinkage, and stock movement across stores and warehouses.Facilitate stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.Ensure accuracy of item costs, margins, and inventory-related transactions.Monitor pending GRNs and invoicing processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.Support initiatives to reduce stock losses and improve inventory controls.Manage fixed asset processes, including capitalization, asset tracking, and write-offs.Oversee cash handling, tender reconciliations, petty cash utilization, and cash spot checks.Monitor operating expenses and support budget control across stores and warehouses.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in Finance, Audit, Financial Controlling, or Store Operations Finance within Retail, FMCG, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, or Consumer Goods industries.Strong experience in inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, shrinkage control, and operational finance.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we're on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
