The role ensures that social performance requirements are effectively monitored, identified gaps are addressed, and licensees are supported in improving their social performance practices.Key Accountabilities:Manage the intake, screening, completeness checks, and risk-based prioritization of social performance self-reports submitted by environment licensees.Conduct technical reviews of social performance reports to assess compliance with requirements related to stakeholder engagement, grievance management, community investment, local content, human rights, and resettlement, where applicable.Analyze reports to identify social risks, trends, and compliance gaps, and develop evidence-based recommendations and corrective actions.Track corrective actions with licensees and follow up on implementation to ensure identified gaps are appropriately addressed.Manage community grievances and related cases, ensuring timely investigation, follow-up, and closure in accordance with established service levels and commitments.Conduct site visits and field assessments when required and prepare evidence-based reports outlining findings, agreed actions, and follow-up requirements.Develop guidance materials and deliver awareness sessions to licensees on social performance requirements, reporting standards, and good practices.Propose and support initiatives to strengthen social performance practices, including grievance procedures, reporting templates, risk-screening tools, and community engagement guidance.Collaborate with relevant functions, including Licensing, Legal, Field Operations, Environmental/Sustainability teams, and Communications.Monitor social performance KPIs and prepare periodic reports and dashboards covering report reviews, corrective actions, grievance closure, and awareness activities.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in social sciences, Community Development, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related field.Minimum5 years of relevant professional experience insocial performance, community development, stakeholder engagement, sustainability, or social compliance.
