Description
We are looking for two DevOps Engineers to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and delivery systems that power our engineering organization. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery pipelines while bridging the gap between development and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery across multiple servicesManage and optimize cloud infrastructure across environments (dev, staging, production)Own deployment processes, release management, and rollback strategiesMonitor system reliability, performance, and availability; respond to and resolve incidentsManage Git workflows, branching strategies, and repository standards at the infrastructure levelImplement infrastructure as code (IaC) to provision and manage cloud resourcesEnforce security best practices across pipelines, environments, and access controlsCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve build, deployment, and environment issuesDrive adoption of DevOps best practices including observability, alerting, and on-call processesRequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI)Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including networking, compute, and storageExperience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version control best practicesExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestrationProficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar)Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar)Strong problem-solving skills with a reliability and uptime mindset
