As a Commercial Intern, you will support the Commercial Manager and collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Supply Chain Executives to coordinate and execute commercial activities across the Middle East. This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail analytics, commercial coordination and cross-functional teamwork, while contributing to the continued success of one of the world's most iconic brands.What Impact You Can Create At ChanelAssist in consolidating and uploading sales data from local markets into business intelligence platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Cross-validate sales information by comparing system data with local source files. Prepare and share monthly performance reports (MTD, YTD, vs. budget) with clear, actionable insights. Assess and track submitted purchase orders and distributor stock holding, analyzing coverage periods and suggesting improvements where needed. Support Area Sales Managers with order validation and provide critical feedback prior to final placement. Monitor and report monthly EOL (End of Life) volumes at distributor level. Follow up on expense trackers with local markets, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Cross-check expense entries and flag any discrepancies or overspending. Update and improve commercial templates for new periods, and assist local market teams with troubleshooting and consolidation. Suggest new template formats to streamline reporting and consolidation processes. Collect and validate documentation for UAE shipment clearance, coordinating with Supply Chain Executives for timely delivery.
