Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with 5–8+ years of relevant infrastructure experience.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and enterprise technologies.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, high availability, and infrastructure scalability.Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, and load balancing.Good knowledge of IT security, server hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and access management.Experience with PowerShell, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management tools.Practical experience supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, e-commerce platforms, middleware/integration solutions, and data warehouse environments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Professional certifications such as Microsoft Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.
