Requirements
Requires a basic medical degree recognized by the UAE healthcare authority, a specialty training diploma recognized by the UAE healthcare authority, and active valid life support certification (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP). Desired is a specialty-specific qualification. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant specialized department within a private hospital setting is required. Skills include proficiency in an electronic medical record system, knowledge of clinical audit standards and processes, and effective communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
