It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, to large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globallyWe are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Corporate Credit Support team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.Job overview:To manage the completion of Renewal Without Enhancement Credit Application (RWOE CA)/Renewals With Enhancements up to the agreed percentage of the originally approved limit for assigned segments under Corporate, Wealth and Investment Banking Group (CWIBG), assessing the results of the credit risk assessments, identifying trends and issues that require correction, managing the support provided to business unit in managing client relationships, protecting and improving asset quality of assigned portfolio in order to support the achievement of the groups pre-set financial and non-financial objectivesIn this role, your key responsibilities include:Oversee the completion and update of existing credit proposals RWOE CA/Renewals With Enhancements up to the agreed percentage of the originally approved limit for assigned segments under CIBG, overseeing the monitoring of allocated portfolios, overseeing the completion of annual reviews, collaborating with key stakeholders to articulate strategies, communicate critical information on market trends and assess impact on portfolio to ensure continuity of portfolio quality and identify opportunities to improve processesAssess and review presented financial data spreads (Moody's) from balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow statement, reviewing the results of conduct trend analysis and ratio analysis, collating trends and reporting on recommended updates and process implementation to ensure decision makers have a clear view on the client's financial healthReview presented risks (for example: business risk, financial risk, structure risk) to create an action plan for implementation in order to mitigate the extent of their impact and foresee possible risk mitigation measures that ensures portfolio health and quality and support revenue generationFollow-up with key stakeholders for queries, status, updates and credit early involvement to ensure compliance to stipulated turnaround times (TATs) and service level agreements and support in business developmentManage self and team in line with ADCB's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performanceOrganise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systemsThe ideal candidate should have the following experience:At least 6 years of experience in Banking including at least 3 years of experience in a Credit Risk-related positionBachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or FinanceAnalyticalVerbal and written communicationReport writing People Management
