Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field. Demonstrated competency in blood sample collection is preferred2–4 years of experience in patient services, front office, nursing assistance, laboratory sample collection, or customer service.Experience in clinics, hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, or retail healthcare is preferred.
Description
Resolve routine patient concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.Maintain high standards of customer service at all timesCoordinate physician schedules to maximize clinic utilization.Collect blood and other approved laboratory specimens from patients following established clinical protocols.Monitor and maintain phlebotomy supplies and report shortages.
