Must have a minimum of 9 years of experience in commodities trading, with strong knowledge of C/ETRM and trading systems (Openlink, TriplePoint, Allegro preferred). Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with proficiency in SQL and workplace applications. Experience with agile frameworks is advantageous.

Primary Purpose Of The JobAssist in the delivery of the strategic vision for company transformation, aligning it with long-term goals and architecture.Working with key stakeholders to elaborate requirements, design and implement efficient application solutions.Manage product backlogs and work with technical teams on implementation.Work collaboratively and bring parties together from within IT and the commercial functions.Work directly with the business teams, having a customer first approach and being able to communicate effectively with different levels and disciplines within the organisation.Assist with understanding the impact of business change and work with business teams to onboard and implement such change.Provide expert support and required technical services to COMPANY on related applications, in coordination with the other ICT entities.EducationBachelor's degree in a technology or finance subject from an internationally recognised university.Experience & SkillsIndustry ExperienceMinimum of 9 years of work experience in commodities trading with leading IOCs, trading houses, NOCs, or vendors in change, process, and technology.C/ETRM & Trading SystemsStrong C/ETRM experience in designing and implementing solutions to enhance trading strategies, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.Experience with C/ETRM tools such as Openlink, TriplePoint, and Allegro is preferred.Product knowledge of Planlogic EOS, Veson Nautical IMOS and SAP is an advantage.Commodity Trading & Market KnowledgeStrong understanding of commodity markets (LNG is preferred), trading strategies, related organisation, processes, risk management principles and related technology solutions (C/ETRM, fleet management, trading platforms, market analytics, etc.).End-to-end, multidisciplinary knowledge is required in areas such as commodity trading, shipping and finance, with advanced knowledge of the front-to-back office trade lifecycle.Specialised experience in at least one area, such as physical LNG trading, cargo operations, shipping, derivative & emission trading, trading risk and finance, or portfolio optimisation.Business Analysis & Requirements ManagementExceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Ability to work with the unknown, own problems and make decisions.Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.Proven ability to manage backlog and relevant documentation with the development team.Technology & ArchitectureEnthusiastic and passionate about technology as an enabler in commodities trading.Familiar with IT standards & best practices, architecture, integration, and methods.Communication & Stakeholder ManagementExcellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, and ability to communicate concepts as appropriate to management, stakeholders and vendors.Tools & ApplicationsHigh proficiency with workplace applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps / Confluence Jira, Miro / Mural, etc.).Comfortable in working with SQL queries and Excel.Project Management & Delivery MethodologiesPractical experience with agile frameworks, PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
