Requirements
Strong experience in real estate development accounting, UAE experience preferred. Solid knowledge of GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, VAT, financial reporting, and month-end closing. Experience with project costing, contractor/vendor payments, and real estate-related financial transactions. Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system skills. Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA will be an advantage.
