This role is pivotal in ensuring safety and effective crowd management strategies are in place to handle the unique dynamics of a bustling real estate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive crowd management plans that align with the project's objectives, ensuring the mobility and safety of all visitors and stakeholders.Your expertise will guide the integration of crowd management best practices into the project's operational framework, fostering a secure and orderly environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a thorough understanding of crowd dynamics, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement crowd management strategies tailored to the mixed-use project in Makkah. Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and crowd management protocols. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for large gatherings and events. Oversee crowd control measures during peak times, ensuring the safety and comfort of all individuals in the area. Collaborate with security teams to ensure effective emergency response plans and incident management. Guide the training and development of staff in crowd management techniques and safety protocols. Monitor crowd movements and behaviors to mitigate risks and enhance the visitor experience. Maintain records and reports of crowd management activities and incidents for continuous improvement. Work closely with event organizers to plan and execute events with high attendance.
