Description
Role Description The Design Engineer role at Sesco Steel is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing designs for structural steel and related industrial products, using computer-aided design (CAD) tools and engineering principles. Daily tasks include preparing detailed drawings and specifications, performing design calculations, coordinating with production and project teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. The role also involves reviewing and improving existing designs, supporting cost and feasibility studies, and contributing to continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with stakeholders are essential components of this role.
