Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant, preferably in ERP, Finance, Tax, or e-Invoicing projects.

  2. Good understanding of Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice, Credit Note, VAT, TRN, and accounting processes.

  3. Experience in ERP implementation or integration projects.

  4. Knowledge of APIs, JSON/XML, Excel-based data mapping, and system integrations.

  5. Understanding of UAE e-Invoicing, Peppol, PINT-AE, MoF/FTA requirements is highly preferred.

  6. Experience preparing BRD, functional specifications, process flows, field mapping, and test cases.

  7. Strong customer communication, requirement gathering, analytical, and documentation skills.

  8. Ability to manage multiple customer implementations and coordinate with technical teams.

  9. UAE experience and knowledge of UAE VAT/e-Invoicing regulations will be an advantage.

Description
Gather and analyze customer requirements for UAE e-Invoicing implementation.Conduct requirement workshops with Finance, Tax, ERP, IT, and business teams.Understand existing invoicing processes and prepare As-Is / To-Be process flows.Perform field mapping between customer ERP systems and UAE PINT-AE e-Invoicing requirements.Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, and mapping documents.Coordinate with developers and integration teams for API/ERP implementation.Support ERP integrations including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks, and other systems.Validate invoice and credit note data against UAE MoF/FTA and Peppol requirements.Prepare SIT/UAT test scenarios, coordinate testing, track defects, and obtain customer sign-off.Manage requirement clarifications, change requests, issues, and implementation dependencies.Conduct customer demonstrations, user training, and solution walkthroughs.Support production onboarding, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.Work closely with Project/Delivery Managers to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
